Defining luxury transportation
Imagining the in-cabin experience for a luxury vehicle requires collaboration at every level.
Gulfstream is on an ambitious journey to re-define the customer experience in the transportation industry through blending physical design with emerging digital technology. As an industry leader in aerospace, Gulfstream is uniquely positioned to provide the best customer experience by driving innovation and integrating new technologies and design language that will enhance they customer journey.
Illuminate the possibilities
The in-cabin experience begins with lighting. Lighting in any environment speaks volumes on what will be experienced from a candlelit dinner to an energizing work session, lighting plays a critical role in defining the experience. Our team imagined a lighting system that could change the way a space feels at the push of a button, we worked extensively to drive this new lighting system.
This lighting system is controlled by multiple digital interfaces around the cabin, as well as a device application on the passengers device. This new lighting system gives our team the ability to set a cabin mood or experience by addressing 20,000 individual LED’s to shape light throughout the cabin. This ability gives our passengers and guests the most unique and luxurious experience on the planet.
G700 Experience Design
Our team is responsible for all in-cabin user experience, including the flight deck, galley appliances and design, cabin control buttons/switches, interactive displays, seat controls, seat design, system lighting, aesthetic design of cabin assets, comfort, kinematics and handles/latches.
